The main objectives and activities of IBC can be summarized as:

1. To foster a better understanding, to expand commercial relationship between Iran & U.A.E.
2. To hold regular meetings to exchange views and to provide up-to-date information
   about commercial activities in both countries.
3. To organize seminars by inviting prominent personalities from the trade and other professional & Government Organizations.
4. To Invite prominent personalities from the banking and other financial institutions to
   brief members on various facilities available in both countries.
5. To interact with Government departments to help resolve trade disputes and also to improve shipping and transport services between the two countries.
6. To promote the business interests of the members.
