The IBC luncheon was held on Saturday 17th April at Crown plaza with sponsorship of LEPTOS ESTATES. Beginning the speeches, Mr. Motameni , IBC chairman, presented a brief annual report of what the board has developed during the last year following by an interesting presentation and panel discussion from Leptos Estates about property investment in Cyprus.
“From now on IBC will decorate the ceremonies with a dedicated AUDIO LOGO” Mr. Mohammadi, producer of the 49 second IBC audio logo and one of the recent joined members of IBC pointed while he was explaining this music track.
In addition to the scheduled speeches, IBC convoyed the president of Bank Melli Iran, Mr. Daneshbodi appreciating his remarkable activities. Also, IBC hosted Iranian alumni students from American University of Dubai, hopeful to start a close communication with all valued Iranian students in UAE universities.
It was a very scheduled and well managed luncheon event and all attended valued members and guests enjoyed socializing and networking during lunch in the friendly ambiance of the event.

Please be advised that Dubai Customs have migrated their system to a web based portal wherein we as agent must need to fill in all required information to custom clear shipments (for both sea freight and airfreight) and the portal will not let us to continue if we fail to feed-in their required information which are listed on attached file i.e. E-Mirsal Dox Reg.doc. Would request you to go thru the same and please be guided accordingly.
Also we have attached two different files for the formats of commercial invoice and packing list, please go thru the same and request you to inform shippers’ to produce them as per attached format to custom clear cargoes without any delay. Please note inadequate information will delay the process of custom clearance until we provide necessary information.
Pls note customs official notification on implementing E-Mirsal II (also known as M2) effective 4th April. There will no processing of documents through E-Mirsal I (also known as M1) after 4th April, therefore you are requested to keep all your customers advised of this implementation

Iranian business council monthly meeting luncheon meeting was held on march 13, 2010 at Dubai-crown plaza hotel.
The event started at 12:30 pm by registration of the members and adjourned at 17:00.
With total attendants of 93 members & guests.
The main first part was the presentation by Dr. Bakhtiar the chancellor of Islamic Azad University (IAU) explaining all departments of the university and through Q&A session he and two assistant –chancellor had a very interesting dialogue with the audience.
The second part of the event dedicated to our honorable member Dr. E. Rashidzadeh who had a very interesting speech on Foreign Currencies Fluctuation and its Effect on Iran Economy”.
At this part of the event there was also a heated mutual dialogue amongst the audience.
The event adjourned at 17:00 into a coffee break & networking.
